Refund policy

At Naga Rituals Ltd., we take pride in crafting high-quality, vegan, and organic skincare products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.


1. Non-Returnable Items

All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and customer safety.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Skin sensitivities or allergic reactions

  • Dislike of product texture, scent, or consistency


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • You provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item

  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging

To report an issue, please email us at contact@nagarituals.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.


3. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item).


4. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If your item is defective or damaged, please follow the procedure outlined in Section 2.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing us at contact@nagarituals.com, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. After this time, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
